Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
To provide the best service and accommodate all clients effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation with Less Than 48 Hours' Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and provide less than 48 hours' notice, a charge of 50% of the original service fee will apply. This fee is required to compensate for the time reserved and potential loss of business.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, and you have paid a deposit, the deposit will be non-refundable. Additionally, the deposit will not be applied towards any future services.
